Cylindrical limit gauges

Material and coat properties of gauges in comparison:
The specification of wear resistance is carried out in relation to tool steel and can only be considered as a rough recommended value ±, since these values can be significantly influenced by environmental conditions and workpiece materials.

Tolerances:
The limit of tolerances for cylindrical limit gauges is stated generally according to the ISO tolerance class for shafts and holes. Tolerance specifications for limit plug gauges are given in capitals (H7, J8, etc.).

Tolerance specifications for snap gauges are given in lower type (f7, k6, etc.). Please specify the corresponding ISO tolerance or a numerical tolerance in your order.

Provision for intermediate sizes:
Intermediate dimensions, numerical tolerances, quality 6 and finer, as well as check gauges (without wear allowance) available at additional cost.

Calibration:
Works calibration certificates can be issued for all gauges. A DKD calibration from an accredited laboratory is likewise provided for many gauge types. Please note our net price list for the preparation of calibration certificates.

Customer express service:
We offer extremely short delivery times with this service compared to the usual standard delivery time. In general, the production is manufactured in overtime. An appropriate extra fee is added to the basic price for this special service.

The possibility for an express service must be checked in individual cases especially for each desired gauge.
