Thread gauges
General and ordering information:
The thread gauge types and sizes listed in the catalogue are a brief summary of our comprehensive thread gauge product range. Other dimensions and thread
pitches are available on request. Limit thread plug gauges up to ø 40 mm are usually supplied with GO and NO-GO sides in one handle; one handle each for GO
and NO-GO side is supplied for larger diameters.
Our listed prices always refer to the workshop gauges in accordance with the following tolerance fields.
Left hand threads and other tolerances are available at an additional cost.

Testing of thread ring gauges
The pitch diameter and tolerances given in the gauge standards are not applicable for newly fixed thread ring gauges, if these ring gauges are, as is customary,
manufactured according to test plug gauges. In case the rings are directly measured in the pitch diameter, the specified sizes and tolerances given in the
standards are applicable. In such a case, this must be explicitly stated in the order for thread ring gauges.
A subsequent complaint or claim will not be accepted.
Calibration:
Thread gauges can be supplied with a works calibration certificate or DKD calibration certificate from an accredited laboratory.
Customer express service:
We offer extremely short delivery times with this service compared to the usual standard delivery time. In general, the production is manufactured in overtime.
An appropriate extra fee is added to the basic price for this special service.
The possibility for an express service must be checked in individual cases especially for each desired gauge.
