Non-Contact Diameter Measurement

Air Probes are available for checking bores/shaft diameters in standard 2 Jets for size or taper and ovality or 3 Jets for average size and lobing effects. These are used for fast and precise measurement on the shopfloor. Two setting masters ensure correct magnification of reading at all times. The air plugs are hard chrome plated for longer life and wear properties. All production processes from heat treatment to stabilising are performed under one roof to ensure adherence to stringent quality standards. Replacement Air Gauge heads can be supplied to fit existing commonly used systems in the UK such as Federal and Mercer.
