Etamic Air Rings

External Diameter Measurement

Etamic Air Ring Gauges are designed for diameter measurement on high precision continuous or shouldered shafts. Measurement is achieved without contact using two or three recessed nozzles located on a ground cylindrical body. The use of this technology is particularly easy, and does not require detailed metrology knowledge to operate. These gauges can be fitted with shaped guides to aid the introduction of the component to be measured.
