Universal Multi-Gauging System

The CMZ 250 gauging system is used for gathering, viewing and statistical processing of high-precision dimensional measurements on the shopfloor. It is supplied with Window CMZ 32 statistical processing software. The system can be connected to most dimension probes available on the market. The compact design of the CMZ 250 unit makes it easy to integrate into shopfloor applications. In line with all ETAMIC products, the CMZ 250 can be operated under industrial conditions and does not require specific protection.

Maximum 250 probe inputs compatible with the following acquisition systems:
- One or four 4-channel acquisition kits (up to 16 analogue probes)
- Maximum of 8 measuring satellites (SDM)
- RS485 digital kit (up to 62 digital probes)
- Axom, Heidenhain, National Instrument, Sony, Solartron
CMZ 32 software offers many display options
Measurement results can be exported via
- two 32 I/O cards: 24 V or relay outputs
- RJ45 Ethernet kit
- Field buses: Profi bus, Fipway, Interbus
- DIO48, DIO32, DIO16, Wago, rack48 cards
