Heidenhain ND 2100 G GAGE-CHEK

The ND 2100 G GAGE-CHEK is a versatile metrology display for measuring and inspection tasks in manufacturing and quality assurance. With inputs for up to eight encoders, they are designed for multipoint measurement from simple pass/fail detection to complex SPC evaluation. The unit has a robust, die-cast aluminum enclosure, and a keyboard suited to a shopfloor environment. A large, graphic, color screen displays the measured values and soft-keys. The inputs can be assigned and combined as required with mathematical, trigonometric or statistical formulae. This makes it possible to measure complex dimensions such as thickness, flatness and volume. The results are displayed numerically or graphically as a colour bar graph or dial.
