DuraMax is a universal measuring system designed for use on the shopfloor. It is equipped with the Zeiss VAST XXT scanning probe and provides a flexible CNC solution to replace conventional inline measuring equipment. The system is very robust, which combined with its accuracy and long maintenance cycles make it a cost effective option, bringing scanning technology to small and medium sized manufacturing business. DuraMax provides measurement stability across a wide temperature range that is un-equaled in its class. It is driven by Zeiss CALYPSO software which has a worldwide proven track record. CALYPSO is a 3D, CAD based measuring software that can be used in both manual and fully automatic mode. It is easy to use with its object oriented programming and graphic protocol layout.
