Data Collection Software

VisualSPC Quality Edition software suite is a complete solution for data collection and quality control needs. The suite is available in a range of modules which include:

• VisualSPC Shopfloor – Captures data from the shopfloor in a simple and easy to use format. Traceable information such as batch number, operator or machine can be tagged and reports created using VisualSPC Analyst
• VisualSPC Shopfloor Secure Edition – Developed for high security applications and where there is a need for 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
• VisualSPC Monitor - A reporting tool that actively monitors all processes on the shopfloor. Updated in real-time with easy to read images to identify processes that may require attention

VisualSPC Administrator comes complete with a range of modules which enhance the overall capability of the system. These include:

• VisualSPC Analyst – A flexible software tool for the production of specific reports based on time and trace data collected using VisualSPC Shopfloor
• VisualSPC Designer – A powerful tool for the design of customised page layouts both for the shopfloor and for reporting. Other information such as worksheets, Photographs, CAD drawings and even video clips can be embedded into the part layout to assist operators
• VisualSPC Importer – Flat ASCII files generated by CMM’s and other measuring systems can be imported directly into the VisualSPC database
• VisualSPC Attributes – In addition to variable data, VisualSPC Attributes allows the collection of attribute data such as visualisation of part defects etc

Gageport

Collecting data from digital, analogue or other measurement devices is dealt with simply and easily using the gageport. This is enhanced using flash cable technology which provides automatic recognition of gauges and their configuration.
