Form Measuring Software Options
Brake Disc Evaluation
With this software option it is possible to evaluate characteristics on brake discs. This includes:

Thickness evaluation
With the thickness option it is possible to evaluate the values of thickness and distance.
Requirements
- TurboForm V 6.00 or higher
- F4004
- reference piece mounted
- measurement layout adjusted
- adjustment switched on in the test plan
Axis Parallelism
Axis parallelism is the deviation in parallelism of an axis to the reference axis formed from several measurement positions. The position of the determined axis in relation to the reference axis is also shown in the graphic. The Axis Parallelism software option contains a feature with two type variants, Twist and Bend.
Features
- In type 1 the axis parallelism can be determined from 2 to n polar-radial measurement positions
- In type 2 the axis parallelism can be determined from 2 linear measurement positions (Z or R axis)

Piston Evaluation
Evaluation program for calculating various characteristics of pistons. The software option provides ovality diagrams, envelope diagrams and value tables.
Evaluates
- the ovality with single-oval, double-oval, tri-oval
- envelope lines and ovality form
- grooves, piston cover and pin bore Requirement

Cone Angle
Evaluates cone angle from 2 polar or linear profiles and the setting angle from 1 linear measurement to a reference axis. The software displays a 3-D diagram of the cone form and the cone run out.
