Motorised Twin Rockwell Hardness Tester

The 574 testers are proven, durable, and reliable systems which are suitable for a range of Rockwell testing applications. Available in Regular, Superficial or Twin scale models, the 574 provides a rugged industrial design, an all new, easy to use control panel, and built in USB for easy data transfer to MS Excel and other applications. With the best repeatability in its class, a high precision depth measurement system and proven performance, the 574 provides an excellent, affordable hardness testing solution.

The 574 series comes in three different models. The 574 R for regular Rockwell scales, the 574 S for Superficial Rockwell scales and the 574 T, a twin scale system covering both regular and Superficial Rockwell measurements in one system.

In addition to the main system, each 574 model is supplied with a 63mm flat anvil, 1/16” diameter carbide ball indenter, four spare balls, operating instructions and CE certificates on CD, calibration certificate and power cable.

Optional accessories include: Indenters and test blocks, regular, superficial and twin scale kits, clamping adapters, anvils, fixtures and test tables.
