Rockwell Hardness Test Blocks

Rockwell hardness reference blocks are used for routine and annual verification and calibration of Rockwell hardness testing machines. They also enable the operator to undertake quick daily checks, particularly when changing scales or indenters.

Only the use of high quality, precise hardness reference blocks calibrated to applicable standards can ensure the functionality, reliability and accuracy of a hardness testing system.

Wolpert Wilson reference blocks are dual certified to ASTM E18 and ISO 6508 standards (NIST traceable).

Calibrations sets are also available for ultimate accuracy and verification of tester performance. Sets consist of three test blocks (low, medium, high hardness), one master diamond indenter, one master ball indenter and certification. Available for HRC, HRA, HR30N, HR15N and HR45N scales.
