Portable Brinell Hardness Tester/Brinell Video Measurement System

lightweight, easy-to-maneuver and are versatile enough to test virtually any size and shape of metal specimen. Via a simple hydraulic leaver mechanism, the tester applies a load of up to 3000 kg load on a 10 mm ball. A by-pass valve is automatically activated at the calibrated load, eliminating the chance of overloading. The impression is then read and recorded using a Brinell microscope. The King Brinell meets all international standards for Brinell testing including ASTM E 110, BS 240 and JIS. It is calibrated to 0.5% of load applied and is traceable to NIST standards.
