Wolpert Wilson Minuteman ELT™

Video and Automated Hardness Measurement

The Minuteman ELT Automatic computerised testing system is designed to increase productivity, accuracy and efficiency by automating the stage navigation and measurement process. The system is available with the Wolpert Wilson Tukon 2100, 402MVD and Rockwell 2000 testers, providing capabilities for Knoop, Micro-Vickers, Vickers and Rockwell measurement. The ELT package is available in four versions, the ELT 3 and ELT 4 being the most comprehensive. Running on Windows XP, the ELT3 and ELT4 options feature fullyautomatic measurement and X-Y auto traversing capability. A precision, motorised stage is designed to test single and multiple samples and has 180 x 160 mm capacity with 5μ positioning accuracy. The test force capacity is 150 kg.
