Heidenhain ND 1300 QUADRA-CHEK Series

The ND 1300 QUADRA-CHEK has the functionality of a 2D measuring computer and is suited to microscopes, measuring projectors, profile projectors and video measuring machines if the video edge detection option is selected. Built in operator guidance provides supports when setting coordinate systems such as part alignment and datums. Points, lines, circles, slots and rectangles are easily measured, as are relationships such as distances and angles between them. Depending on the option installed, the ND 1300 saves measurement points of 2D contours either automatically or manually via crosshairs, optical edge detection or video camera. The video option displays the image in real time and can control the illumination and the motor zoom. A CNC option enables direct control of the X, Y, Z and Q axes.
