Optical Surface Inspection

The Hommel Optisens is an optical non-contact system for the surface inspection of cams, bearings and valves in the production process. Defects with a minimum detectable size as small as 0.1mm can be detected. The high resolution digital image shows the whole circumference of the measured part, with the image being processed automatically.
