In-Process Analogue Gauging Systems

The CR60, CR100 and CRN257N gauging systems are designed for in process dimensional control for grinding external diameters with plain or interrupted surfaces. The measuring heads can be made to incorporate a sprinkler system, which is connected to the normal coolant supply from the machine tool. This ensures the principal parts used for the dimensional transmission are kept at the same temperature as the part being measured during machining.
