In-Process Digital Gauging Systems

The MOVOMATIC DM200, DM2005 and DU200 automatic gauging systems measure a wide range of outside diameters with plain or interrupted circumferences. Their high measurement precision and compact dimensions can be easily integrated into a production line (in-process) or used for quality control (post-process). The MOVOMATIC DP200 is designed to locate the axial position of a wide range of plain or interrupted parts as an integrated part of pre-process, in-process or post-process. In the event of a mechanical impact, for example, the arm simply deflects, with no damage to either the part or the measuring head.

The DP200 axial positioning head ensures production times are minimised. Quality of machined products is enhanced through the elimination of dimensional variations.
