In-Process Position Gauging Systems

The TIM20 is an axial positioning gauge with single point measuring head and inductive transducer for measuring plain outside diameters. The measuring head with a body width reduced to 10mm makes the TIM20 suitable for critical applications such as in-process gauging of crankshafts and camshafts.

C25 Touch Trigger

The C25 trigger head may be used as an active positional locator on CNC machines, or as an actual touch trigger probe for other types of machines. The amplifier is available as a switching box, connected directly to the CNC, or as part of the ES400/ESi400 control and measurement unit.
