Sensors

Monarch Sensors | Self Powered Sensors

Monarch Instruments offer a wide range of sensors and self powered sensors for a wide range of applications. The sensors include remote optical (ROS), remote optical laser (ROLS), proximity, magnetic, inductive and inferred. Sensors can be used on their own in bespoke applications or can work in conjunction with stroboscopes and tachometers. Typical applications include rotating shafts and machinery, fans, turbines, engines and gears.

Self powered sensors (SPSR), provide TTL output signals from laser, optical (LED), inferred or magnetic input sensors. Typical applications include vibration studies, fans and blades, engines and motors, balancers, tachometer input and data acquisition. The output signal is switch selectable as either positive going 0-5v pulses or negative going 5-0v pulses provided on a BNC connector.
