High Precision Contour and Surface Finish Measurement
The Hommel Nanoscan provides a large measuring range with sub nanometre resolution. The system combines roughness and contour measurement and has a resolution of 0.68 nm with a measurement range of 24 mm. This precision is achieved by using laser interferometers in combination with an optical scale having an ultra-fine grid structure. This technology enables the most complicated measuring tasks to be handled with ease.
