Hommel T8000 Surfscan

Contour and Surface Finish Measurement

The Hommel T8000 Surfscan is a high accuracy measuring system with a resolution of 6 nm over the entire measuring range of 6 mm. This allows simultaneous measurement of roughness and contour parameters in one trace. The magnetic probe arm holder guarantees fast, simple probe arm changes and provides maximum equipment and component safety.

The Surfscan measuring head can be integrated into all T8000 measuring stations configured with the Waveline 60, 120 or 200 traverse units and T8000 evaluation unit. In this configuration, traverse lengths up to 200mm can be attained.
