Service Contracts
Metrology Direct offers service contracts that are tailored to suit our customer’s needs. These range from preventative maintenance visits on a limited number of dedicated instruments, through to full cover for all of the metrology instruments in a standards room or production line. Service Agreements can include whatever our customers require. Included can be spare parts, repairs, calibration, out of hours callout, specified response times, engineers time travel and expenses, telephone support and software upgrades. All can be included in one annual agreement that simplifies administration, provides an enhanced level of service and offers a cost effective solution.
